“Graps the Bird’s Tail”
This is the third part of the second section of the 26-section Yang Style Foundation Routine.
This form is symmetrical, easy to follow, and requires little space.
It is particularly suitable for video instruction due to the orientation of the movements.
This form contains all the movements of Traditional Yang Style tai chi, including some which are seldom taught these days. This routine also include the important combinations, and thus preserves much of the strategy contained in the traditional routine.
